swirlcloth2.JPGThis is a funky dishcloth design I made when I looked on the internet and noticed that most of the dishcloth patterns were either bland, way too kitchy, or ugly. Swirl’s cool vortex-y pattern is fun to knit, and it is done is Our Lady of Dishcloths – Lily’s Sugar and Cream

MC I used Lily’s Sugar n’ Cream in Grape- 1 skein

CC Some sort of cotton/polyester Jo-Ann yarn. I dunno what it was called; you could use Sugar n’ Cream in Yellow -1 skein
Needles – size US 6/4mm

Cast on 29 stitches in CC. Work in Seed stitch (K1, P1 to end) for 5 rows. Nest row: Work 3 stitches in CC (it would be good to wind a bobbin for this), work first row of chart, Work 3 stitches in Seed stitch CC.

Continure as established until chart is complete. Work 5 rows in CC seed stitch. Bind off, weave in ends. Now take your hard work, and go scrub some dishes! YAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
